OUR WINE

Vinho Verde branco / rosado

The Vinho Verde region extends throughout the Northwest of Portugal between the Douro River and the Minho with a wide variety of relief and a fundamental Atlantic exposure. It is a naturally light and fresh wine with low alcohol content and therefore less caloric. It is a fruity wine, easy to drink, great as an aperitif or in harmony with light and balanced meals: salads, fish, seafood, white meat, tapas, sushi, sashimi and other international dishes.

Vinho Regional Alentejano tinto 2010/17/18

Alentejo Regional Wine "Santa Relic" has a strong and persistent aroma of ripe fruit. Acts in perfect harmony with light toasted wood. In the mouth, the wine is full and persistent, of good volume, which surrounds the mouth without aggression. The vegetal notes conferred by the Trincadeira variety and the robustness of the Alicante Bouschet make this wine unique, breaking the velvety that the Aragonez variety gives to the wines. It is characterized by being a complex and distinctive wine, both aromatically and in the mouth. Perfect representative of the grape varieties of the Alto Alentejano that gave rise to it. Excellent in accompanying all the gastronomic food originating from the traditional Alentejo pork, sausages, lamb stew and game dishes.
